I have a very tight deadline. Can you proofread or edit a document within 48 hours?

Yes, I can. If you have a document that needs editing in a short amount of time, I will do my best to accommodate your request.

What format can I submit my documents in?

I can work with Microsoft Word and Apple’s Pages, as well as other word processing software such as OpenOffice and PDF files.

I can also edit documents in Adobe InDesign CS5.

How do I submit a document to you?

You can email the document to me, or use cloud-based services such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive or SugarSync.

You live and work in Seoul, South Korea. Can you edit for people in Europe or North America?

Yes, I can. We can communicate and share documents via email or Skype and through other Internet services.

How do you make changes to a document?

Changes to your Word document will be made using track changes, giving you final approval on the changes. You can accept or reject the changes by clicking the accept or reject button.

On PDFs I can highlight errors and add comments, which you can then add to the document.

If I have a question or comment about your edits, can you look again at the document for me?

Yes. If you want to know why I have changed something or you want to add information, you can contact me again and I will happily address your comments and queries.

Do you have any samples of your work so that I can see how you edit a document?

Yes. Visit my samples page to see how I edit.

You can download the sample by clicking 'Save' in the top right corner. This will send a link to your email address. Click on the link and follow the instructions to download the file.

How do I pay you?

Payments can be made via a bank wire transfer or by PayPal. Once the work is complete I will raise an invoice with the payment details and terms.
